Juicing companies are taking over the world.  In my opinion, the same way Pink Berry did about 10 years ago.  People want healthy, quick options for food.  And while some of us are happy to pay $10 for juice, an everyday juice can be equivalent to a monthly car payment.  Don't get me wrong, I love to grab a juice and go, but I also like having a little spending money ;)  And it turns out I'm not alone!  I posted a homemade juice cleanse in January and it's still our most popular post to date!  Stay tuned for our new, 2014 Homemade Summer Juice Cleanse this weekend!

Below is a formula to offer guidance.  Pick and choose from each category.  These are merely suggestions as there are plenty more ingredients to choose from beyond this list!
