WHAT YOU NEED:
THE GREENS + GINGER
GInger, Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Green Apples, Lemon
total Time: 10 minutes
- 2 “ Ginger
- 1 small bunch Kale (or half large)
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 small bunch Romaine (or half large bunch)
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 1 Cucumber
- 6 stalks Celery
- 2 Green Apples
- 1 Lemon
- Wash all vegetables.
- Put ingredients in a high powered juicer (I use this one)
- Drink up and enjoy!
To get the full benefits, drink juice immediately. If you need to make ahead or travel, freeze or refrigerate in airtight container. Make sure to drink juice within the day.
